Chaos Dwarf Iron Daemon WIP

I just started working on this one. The machine has just been primed and I just played a bit with the dwarves. I know it doesn’t look like much but bloody hell this is really long to put together. The kit was in 54 pieces, every single one of them required some kind of work; filling, putty, bending…I did not time how long it took me (I think I’ll do it on the next one) but this was around 8-9 hour. I don’t think I’m particularly slow or to neurotic, nor the pieces too bad, it just is long.

The dwarves were really well cast though and are looking great, I love the one with the shovel. The machine itself is really big too, not too sure what kind of base I’ll need, the 100x60 might be a bit small. Anyway, the best part now, painting…

PS: I don't translate my comment, sorry for those who don't understand french but I can do it if necessary! (Google translator is very quick!)
