Necromancer + Tower WIP

I had this tower on construction for a couple of months now. I decided to enter it for the WAMP II competition. The deadline is around the 15th of February I think and I need to finish a few of the projects I’ve got on so it should be a good timing.

I spent the week end finishing the details and doing a lot of putty work. I might add a few crates, books or urns here and there but it’s finished as far as the building is concerned. I couldn’t take any decent picture unfortunately so that will have to do for now. It did make me think about how I’m going to do to take a few good shots to enter the competition but that’s for later. Next is the painting. Again not too sure about the colours, I’m tempted to do something black but I fear ruining it with an average painting. We’ll see…

I also painted a necromancer; I thought it’d look cool with the tower. I tried to somehow copy the studio paintjob. I think it came out ok.



J’ai cette tour en travaux depuis au moins 2 mois maintenant et je me suis dis qu’il était temps de finir la commande. J’en profiterais pour la rentrer dans la compétition WAMP II, les entrées doivent être prêtes vers le 15 février donc ca devrait me laisser assez de temps.

J’ai passé le weekend à finir les détails à la pate, Je rajouterais peut être quelques caisses, livres ou urnes mais la construction en elle-même est finie. Je ne suis pas arrivé à prendre de belles photos malheureusement. Il va falloir que je réfléchisse bien pour savoir comment je vais faire pour photographier le tout quand ca sera fini et pour avoir quelque chose de présentable pour le concours. A suivre, la peinture, je ne suis pas trop sur pour les couleurs. J’ai bien envie de faire une tour noire mais j’ai peur de me manger^^. On verra…

J’ai aussi peint un nécromancien. Je me suis dis que ca serait cool d’avoir une belle figurine pour exposer la tour. J’ai un peu suivi la peinture studio. La peinture a été rapide et je suis assez satisfait du résultat.
