Mortebrume, Orrokeen Guard

I was due an update as the previous one was 2 weeks old. I’ve been very busy painting and prepping lots of minis so nothing to show for really. I could do some WIP posts but they’re not the most interesting posts, especially with Tabletop painting. On other news, the food market building release has been pushed back a bit, hopefully for November.

Anyway, this is the first mini finished in the last 2 weeks; an Orrokeen guard form the Mortebrume game. I had never heard of it, here’s the LINK for more info, it all looks quite good. The mini itself will be fitting in an ogre army I believe as the other commission pieces are mainly ogres. This is the first mini in ages that was actually cast in lead; I had forgotten how heavy they can be, it felt very weird. I think it’s quite a beautiful miniature, some very nice details on it. I’ll keep the exact paint scheme for the next ogre, another stunning mini from freebooter. More to follow…

Je me devais d’écrire un post vu que ma dernière entrée datait de 2 semaines. J’ai été très  occupé  à peindre et à préparer des figurines donc pas forcement grand-chose à montrer. J’évite de faire trop de post de travaux en cours car ils ne sont pas toujours super intéressant surtout avec ma peinture Tabletop. La sortie du prochain bâtiment a été un peu repoussée, j’espère vraiment pour octobre.

Bref, voila la première figurine finie depuis ces 2 dernières semaines : un Orrokkeen, garde du corps Abelberien du jeu Mortebrume. Je n’avais jamais entendu parler de ce jeu mais ca à l’air pas mal, voici un LIEN avec plus d’informations. Je crois qu’il va rejoindre une armée d’ogres vu que les autres pièces de cette commande en sont. A mon avis, une très jolie figurine, en plomb, cela faisait au moins 92 ans que je n’avais pas peint quelque chose en plomb ! Je garderais le même schéma de peinture sur la pièce suivante, un magnifique ogre de chez Freebooter. A suivre…
